This was an interesting shoot at the Garden of Cosmic Speculation which was created by American architectural theorist, landscape architect and designer Charles Jencks. The purpose of the images were to promote the Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival which kicks off on Friday 20th May.
Dancers from Ignite dance group created some interesting shapes in the grounds. Bit of a tricky shoot but we got their in the end.

A couple of weekends ago a headed down to London to photograph the new Starbucks store at Terminal 5C. The images were to be used for media purposes to accompany interviews with Starbucks chairman and CEO Howard Shultz on a recent visit to the UK.
It was a rather strange experience being in the new terminal wing before it was open to travellers. Certainly made the job easier. As did having a fantastic looking store to photograph.

More information can be found here.
I was commissioned by Festivals of Museums to produce press images to highlight events happening in Edinburgh. Blue skies and fantastic costumes helped ensure that coverage was achieved in amongst others, The Scotsman, Metro and Edinburgh Evening News.

‘You’re the one that I want’! The iconic Pink Ladies from the hit musical Grease, running at the Edinburgh Playhouse (6-21 May) in the capital, know what (numbers) they want as they help celebrate tomorrow’s (Tuesday 10 May) launch of the new EuroMillions draw.
EuroMillions is launching a new Tuesday draw on May 10, with a stunning £85 million jackpot. The special draw marks EuroMillions moving to twice a week, as well as other changes to the game which are designed to create bigger jackpots and even more winners.
The ladies from Grease were a joy to work with - so professional and looked great in their specially made gold jackets.

I was recently commissioned by David Calder who runs his own personal fitness and wellness studio in the West End of Edinburgh to produce some images for his website.
The style of the photography was a high end, glossy magazine, polished look to reflect the stylish, professional and friendly reputation the studio has built up.
Visit David's site and view more images here.
